If you are weighed down with struggles of anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, substance use, or relationships, we can work together to create a path of change that feels true to your nature. In my work, I draw on evidence based practices of DBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, and mindfulness.
I incorporate dimensions of spirituality to take strides against feelings of helplessness, despair, and working towards a deeper understanding of purpose.In our journey through life, we all encounter stretches that benefit from someone to walk alongside us.
